Biography
Dr. Mostafa Mohamed Refaat is a professional in international relations, management, and intellectual property, with over 15 years of experience working with Arab and international organizations.
He currently serves as an Expert at the Mission of the League of Arab States in Geneva, where he represents the Arab group in meetings at the United Nations and other global institutions. His work focuses on multilateral diplomacy, intellectual property policy, international cooperation, and strategic management.
Previously, Dr. Refaat held various roles in public relations, economic affairs, and conference coordination. He also served as an Executive Secretary at the Arab Administrative Development Organization, where he contributed to organizing and marketing regional programs and events in collaboration with Arab governments and institutions.
Dr. Refaat has participated in major international conferences and diplomatic events, representing Arab interests in Geneva, particularly in the fields of innovation, trade, labor, and intellectual property. His work emphasizes building partnerships, developing human capital, and promoting cooperation between the Arab region and international organizations.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Punjab, and a Diploma in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. He is also actively pursuing further expertise management development.
Dr. Refaat has authored several articles and is preparing to publish his first management book, blending practical experience with modern leadership concepts.
